Download installer for windows:

Install it on your windows machine. Than lunch X-win32 2011

In license activation choose: License Server

Hostname: beo03.unifr.ch

Port: 5053

License activation should appear automatically after lunching Xwin32.
You can also find in your task bar (right down corner) with right click on Xwin-32 --> Help --> Activate License

If you try to use it from outside University use VPN

To connect to beo03 there are two possibilities:

1. ssh session (preferred)
new connection --> manual --> ssh --> next --> 

host:beo03.unifr.ch

command: xterm

username(connection)  and password as you have

You can use as well your default ssh client window instead of xterm

2. Live session - will open you full Linux session on the cluster - allowed but not preferred method since it slows down main node
