Keeps integrals and temporary files on the scratch of the node during calculation

qsub /apps/bin/vasp_scratch

Keeps integrals and temporary files on the /home/username

qsub -q long.q@node43.cluster   /apps/bin/vasp 

To send to specific node:

qsub -q long.q@node43.cluster   /apps/bin/vasp_scratch
