How to install new software on beo03.

You need to provide following information:

1. how many people will use this software (for 1-2 person installation could take 2-6 weeks depending from my workload)

2. web link to the software plus username or password for software download if needed (I have no idea about your software so I have to read about it)

3. working input example and short description how to execute job (needed for me to write queue script)

4. documentation of software (weblink), installation nots (weblink)

5. We have CentOS 5.4 Linux (node01-node30) and Centos 6.3 (node31-44) installed on the cluster and only compatible software can be installed.

Depending how many people will use this software installation time is 2-6 weeks so plan it in advance.

Sysadmin (Pawel) can refuse to install specific software (wrong platform, etc...) 
Cluster is not to install any software you like only software which is  using lot of cpu power.
